Why are cops, sheriffs, troopers, etc the last ones to turn on there headlights.
Why don't they follow general rules of the road.
Next time you are out on a gloomy cloudy day, or a rainy day watch for the peace officers and chances are they will be one of the few on the road that are not using there headlights.
I can understand when they don't follow the speed limit if they are in a hurry, but what is the point in not using headlights when just driving down the road?
